Shipping Information

We normally ship orders within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday) of when the order was placed. If your shipment will be delayed for any reason, we will notify you via the email address you provided when you placed your order. We will not finalize charges on your credit card until we ship. Domestic Orders

We ship domestic orders to the United States using the US Postal Service. First Class or Priority Mail shipping, at our discretion based on package size, is included with your purchase. All packages include delivery confirmation. Normal delivery times are usually 2-3 days to most locations. Some pacakges may take longer to arrive.

International Orders

For international shipping, we ship by First Class mail for a small additional charge. Delivery times vary widely based on the country and time of year. Normal delivery times for International First Class service ranges from one to three weeks depending on your country's customs and post service. We have seen instances of international shipments taking longer to some countries.

The recipient of an order is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. We adhere to USPS regulations when shipping packages to overseas destinations. We place a customs form on the package declaring the value of the shipment. Shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. It is your responsibility to pay any required duties and import fees levied by your country. Please understand that we cannot determine any duties and fees that will be levied by your country.
