Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked.

Items should be returned in their original product packaging vis USPS mail and contain a reference to the original order number. A print out of your order confirmation email will do quite nicely. Contact us to arrange your return. Depending on shipping time, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks, but in most cases you should receive your refund more quickly—usually within 2 business days of when we receive the return shipment.

Please do not send us returns via FedEx or UPS. This will slow down the order return process and your refund.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your product for as long as you own it.

OUR WARRANTY: If your product fails due to defects in material or workmanship, we’ll repair or replace it with a comperable product at no cost to you. Simply contact us to make arrangements. Repair or replacement due to accident, improper care, or negligence, will be performed at a reasonable charge. This warranty excludes all claims to any incidental or consequential loss to personal property such as camera equipment carried by our product, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and any other implied warranties. Some states, provinces and countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. Our guarantee gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

Frequent Questions

Where’s my shipment?

To the United States: When we ship your order, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking number that will let you check the status of your shipment. Most shipments arrive in 3-5 days, but in exceptional cases can take up to 10. If it’s been longer than 10 days, contact us and we’ll help you out.

Everywhere else: We ship via standard USPS mail which relays your package to your local mail service. When we ship your order, you will recieve an email with a USPS delivery id. This number can be used to track your package until the last USPS facility it goes through. After that, it enters your countries customs and can not be tracked. Most shipments arrive in 2-3 weeks, but can take 4-6 weeks. If it’s been longer than 4 weeks, contact us and we’ll help you out.

Can I get faster shipping?

We’re working to enable our internal process to allow for Express and Priority mail options. Until then, however, we only ship via First Class USPS mail.

Can I talk with you by phone?

Unfortunately, not at this time. We’re still small enough that we can only take orders and provide support online.

Is there a dealer near me?

Currently, we only sell online and don’t have any formal dealership arrangements.
